What size should I order?

Our sizes are based on the standard European fit.

Our Size Chart gives you the corresponding length measurement of the foot in millimeters and also the approximate US size to help you find the best size for you.

To measure your foot length, stand with your heel against the wall and measure from the wall to the longest part of your foot (big toe, second toe, whatever it is for you). This is your length measurement.

Please consider if you have a wider fit, it is best to go up a half size from the corresponding length size on the Size Chart. If you have a narrower fit, it is best to use your actual length measurement to find your size.

What if an item is out of stock?

Please email us if your size is out of stock, so that these can be added to our next replenishment order for pre-sale.  We will email you notifying you that your waitlist item is available for pre-order and the expected delivery date.  You will only be charged upon your pre-order.  There is no charge to waitlist an item by email. Do you charge sales tax to my state?

Sales tax will be collected in select states as required by law.  You will be able to see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.

How soon will my order ship?

In-stock orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  Pre-sale orders will ship within 24 hours after we receive them in our warehouse.  We will keep you updated on the status of all pre-sale orders and their expected ship date.
