Size issue or Change of heart, we've got you covered...

Should you need to return for a refund, or exchange for a different size, please include the original packing slip and Click Here for US orders only, with your original packaging, place it over the original label and drop off at any UPS pick up location. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

We accept returns within 30 days of your received order.

For International orders, please return your order using your local postal service and please email to us your airway bill number so we can track the package.

Take extra care until you are sure these beauties have found their forever home...

Please try on your order at home, on a carpeted floor or rug, (or use the tissue paper inside the box to put down on the floor) to protect that the sole surface does not get damaged while trying them on, until you are sure your shoes are a perfect fit. All returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition in order for a refund to be issued.  

(we had the option to use a plastic sticker sole protector, but with this extra care we are grateful that, with your help, we both eliminated unnecessary waste)
